By booking, staying at, or using Sabara Hotel & Suites services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings & Reservations
Bookings can be made via our website, phone call, WhatsApp, or at the property location.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
We may request a valid ID for all guests at check-in.
2. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in and check-out times will be communicated at booking or displayed on our website.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract extra charges.
3. Guest Conduct
Guests must:
Respect other guests and staff
Avoid noise disturbances, especially at night
Comply with hotel rules and security procedures
Not use the property for illegal activities
We reserve the right to refuse service, end a stay, or remove a guest without refund for serious misconduct or illegal activity.
4. Maximum Occupancy
Each room/apartment has a maximum occupancy.
Extra guests beyond confirmed occupancy may be refused or charged.
5. Visitors
Visitor access may be restricted for security.
Visitors must comply with our visitor policy and may be required to provide identification.
6. Damage, Loss & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furniture, appliances, or property.
Sabara is not liable for loss of valuables left unattended. Guests are advised to keep valuables safe.
Sabara is not responsible for disruptions caused by events outside our control (e.g., power grid issues, network outages, extreme weather), but we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
7. Prohibited Items & Activities
Weapons, illegal substances, and unlawful materials are strictly prohibited.
Smoking may be prohibited in non-smoking areas/rooms. A cleaning fee may apply if violated.
8. Payments
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm booking (depending on booking type).
Payment confirmation is required for check-in.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings will keep the confirmed rate.
9. Shortlet Apartment (Sabara2 – Egbe)
Shortlet stays follow the same conduct, occupancy, and damage rules.
A security deposit may be required for shortlet bookings (where applicable).
10. Policy Updates
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will apply once posted on our website.
